Nancy Hendrickson has practiced at several large national and international law firms in Chicago.  She regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitration before FINRA Dispute Resolution. 

Nancy's experience includes prosecuting and defending complex securities fraud, antitrust and fraudulent conveyance cases; matters involving margin, liquidation and market manipulation issues; and customer complaints alleging churning, unauthorized trading or suitability claims.

In the employment law area, Nancy has handled wrongful/retaliatory discharge claims, deferred and other compensation-related disputes, and injunction hearings in more than 30 states across the country involving non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.  In addition, Nancy has also been involved in the prosecution of several employee raiding cases resulting in multimillion dollar awards, as well as the successful defense of such cases.

Nancy graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.  Nancy received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she achieved the academic distinction with honor and was appointed to the Order of the Coif.  She was a member of the DePaul Law Review and served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles. 

Nancy is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and in the Northern District of Illinois, where she is a member of the trial bar.  Nancy is also admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
